Follow these steps to complete the online application process.
1) 如未收到認證信函請先檢查垃圾郵件資料夾。
2) 如未能完成線上填寫申請表，可下載表格親填。
1) Please check the spam folder or verify your block system if you failed to receive the confirmation email after applying the account.
2) You can use either paper document or e-register system for application.
